Nonlinear interaction of an Alfven wave with high frequency waves is considered. The coupling of waves is realized due to the ponderomotive force, the origin of which is a result of wave interaction. The presence of coupling of waves result in wave energy transfer from the high frequency mode to the low frequency one. Above mentioned nonlinear processes can occur in solar atmosphere and solar wind transition region during the solar flares.
