The velocity field of gas in the spiral galaxy NGC 6643 was analyzed taking into account all possible motions in the galaxy plane. The analysis revealed a bisymmetrical field of peculiar velocities, which can be approximated by a two-armed logarithmic spiral with a twist angle mu = 11.2 + or - 1.7 deg. From this velocity field, a rotation curve was derived, and geometric parameters were determined taking into account all the noncircular velocities in the galaxy plane. The line-of-sight velocity of the NGC 6643 galactic is about 1500 km/s.
