The time evolution of viscous disks around young stellar objects is investigated using the standard accretion disk model (e.g., Lightman, 1974; Lynden-Bell and Pringle, 1974). Using a prescribed disk viscosity, the gas diffusion process in the disk is calculated for a given initial distribution of the disk mass. The resultant spectra were found to be flatter than expected in the steady disk model within the diffusion time scale, t less than t(dif).
