PSR B1259-63 is the only known binary system containing the radio pulsar and emitting the non-pulsed radio, X-ray and gamma ray radiation. The companion star in this system is a Be star. Due to the interaction of the pulsar wind and the matter outflow from the Be star the system of the centrally located shocks forms. We show that the observed non-pulsed X-ray and gamma ray radiation is due to the inverse Compton scattering of the soft photons from the Be star on the relativistic particles of the pulsar wind drifting along the shock. The non pulsed radio emission is connected with the synchrotron emission from those particles.
