Magnetic flux ropes are important to study various astrophysical systems, especially in coronal structures with sigmoidal forms and have implications for space weather. In this work, a mean-field formalism is developed to obtain non force-free steady-states using Hall-MHD equations in the presence of flows and resistive effects. It is observed that the governing equations at steady-state support a flux rope solution with non zero pressure and finite flow. The non force-free flux ropes are particularly interesting as they are observed in the Venus ionosphere and other regions of interplanetary space. The dynamo field necessary to sustain such a solution is obtained self-consistently
