Models of clusters of galaxies are constructed where the galaxies initially form in a flat disk or a 'pancake' and subsequently fall towards the center of the cluster. At the center a massive galaxy (a few times 1014M_sun;) is located with a companion galaxy. The evolution of the clusters is followed through a large fraction of the Hubble time. At the end of the evolution the clusters appear to possess large amounts of 'missing mass', up to a factor of 10 more than the true mass of the cluster. It is suggested that the observed clusters of galaxies may have gone through similar evolution and therefore may not possess as much cluster 'missing mass' as the direct application of the virial equation would predict.
