The Regge calculus model of an anisotropic universe with a cosmological
constant is studied and the no-boundary wave function is calculated
along the steepest descent path based on the classical solution. The
wave function has a strong peak at large anisotropy, which predicts that
an anisotropic universe is more probably created.
