Though there has been progress in recent years due to the application of chiral perturbation theory to NN systems, the most accurate description of the NN interaction is still obtained using phenomenological NN forces (Bonn, Argonne, Nijmegen). All these forces describe the NN observables to a very high accuracy, but lead to model dependent results in few-nucleon bound states. Part of the model dependences can be removed augmenting the interaction by 3N forces, which are adjusted to the 3N binding energy. In this contribution we present results for the α-particle based on accurate solutions of Yakubovsky equations for a wide range of NN and 3N interactions (A. Nogga, H. Kamada, W. Glöckle, B.R. Barrett, nucl-th/0112026). We look for model dependences of binding energies and NN correlations and study NN correlations in configuration space as well as in momentum space. In this way regions are identified, where model independent predictions can be made. A comparision of correlations in NN, 3N and 4N systems is shown.
