Interim short NICMOS one orbit parallel program. This proposal obtains
JH imaging of sky regions when another instrument is prime. STEP64
sequences are used and two dither positions are obtained for each
filter. NIC3 observations at the planned offset FOM position are used.
This proposal is PRE-the new FOM default.
