A number of instrument parameters for the Near Infrared Camera and Multi Object Spectrometer (NICMOS) aboard the Hubble Space Telescope (HST) have become available and were found desirable to track. The parameters show the effects of the dewar anomaly which is directly tied the focus of the instrument and observational functionality. With the versatility of the World Wide Web to disseminate information, a convenient way of storing the data, presenting it in a scientifically useful way, and making it available to the public was to use a database as a history tracking tool. Tools for the web were developed for data installation and viewing the data in various ways. Having all of the data in a database allows for queries on combinations of different parameters, keying off dates or observation names. The history of NICMOS platescale, focus, and coronographic hole data is accessible via tools on the World Wide Web by the public.
