The NICMOS Group at STScI has created new web-based tools designed for improved data reduction at a wide range of operating temperatures. The tools create new reference files, to be used in the steps of dark frame subtraction and flatfield correction. The NICMOS detectors' behavior has been proven to be sensitive to temperatures experienced during normal operation in cycles 7 and 7N. These 'on-demand' reference files can be custom-made to a specific temperature. We encourage users who have completed observing programs to use the tools to improve their existing data. These tools will also be invaluable for the upcoming NCS era of NICMOS (starting in Cycle 11), where the operating temperature will most likely vary over a few tenths of a degree. Characteristics of the new reference files are presented, as are gains in the quality of the science data. The tools are available via the STScI/NICMOS website.
