Coordinated observations made from Mexico and Spain show that the light variations amplitudes of the β CMa variable δ Cet are increasing at a rate consistent with that observed in radial velocity, which means that the pulsation keeps its characteristics through amplitude variation or modulation. Excellent fit of the observations with the most recent ephemerides shows that δ Cet could eventually be a 13 day period binary.
