currently being detected in the NaI detectors of Fermi/GBM. The source
was first detected November 19. The rms pulse flux, which is rising,
averaged 10 mCrab in the 12-50 keV band in the interval November 22-24.
The last reported outburst was in March 2009 (ATel #1995).
