On the basis of an analysis of observations of Phoebe (Saturn IX) from
1898 to 1981, a new system of parameters of its orbit was obtained. The
new orbital elements represent observations of the satellite in the
geocentric system of coordinates with the mean quadratic error of 1.5
arcsec.
