Following two previous papers, in which it is reported that hardware/software of the Internet Astronomical Observatories have become operational, we present recent movement of this educational tool of the IT era. Discussion includes the advent of a remote-control telescope in Sanda, completion of the first Internet Astronomical Observatory in the western part of Japan at the Kumamoto University, a few problems identified through the educational practices, as well as an on-going project of building the "first oversea observatory" of ours in Ghana.
