In a continuing effort to improve the spectral line parameters and ground state constants for molecular hydrogen and its isotopic variants, the results of new measurements using Off-Axis Integrated Cavity Output Spectroscopy1 are presented. Measurements of positions, density shifts, and line shape parameters for the quadrupole lines of H2 in the 2-0 and 3-0 bands2, D2 in the 2-0 band and dipole lines of HD in the 2-0 band are incorporated with earlier high accuracy measurements3 of these molecules to provide updated sets of electronic ground state constants and line parameters. Measurements were made using narrow line-width tunable lasers in conjunction with an Off-Axis ICOS cell. Optical paths up to 20 kilometers and densities to 1.2 amagats were obtained in a cell of 0.5 meters length.
