The problems of the investigation of a deformations of the lunar surface and another planets (without an atmosphere) lunarquakes and vibrations of Moon and another planets a consequence of the influence endogenous and exogenous factors (for making discoveries of oscillations; lunar and planetar periodicity in oscillations, detection of gravitational waves, galactical and global periodicity in oscillations, etc.)--are urgent problems.
