In the approximation of extremely degenerate ideal Fermi gases, it is shown that superstrong magnetic fields raise the threshold of the neutronization of dense hydrogen. For fixed values of density exceeding this threshold, the neutron concentration significantly decreases with the growth of the superstrong magnetic field induction. The neutronization threshold of heavy nuclei in strongly magnetized matter is estimated within the framework of the nuclear Fermi-gas model.
