The Lorentz ether is defined as the totality of all the presently unobservable forms of energy that may exist in the microcosm of space-time, and neutrinos are considered as the most prominent component of such an ether. The velocity spectrum of the neutrino sea is described in terms of the measured upper limit to the rest mass of neutrinos, and analytic equations are introduced which represent the ability of the ether to transmit light and gravitational forces. Newton's second law is affirmed for matter interactions with the neutrino sea, and the equivalence of inertial and gravitational masses is also affirmed.
