The beta-decay process in a quantizing magnetic field is studied under conditions when temperature and density of electron gas are important. Peculiarities of the expressions for the probability and intensity of neutrino radiation in case of degeneration are analysed. The problems discussed here arise in studies of such astrophysical objects where magnetic fields in the order of 1014G exist.
