The high-velocity neutral wind in HH 7-11 is mapped, and it is found that the maximum velocity declines to about 135 km/s in the NW1 position displaced half a beam from the center. This finding is consistent with the idea that the neutral wind is partially resolved and decelerates away form the source SVS 13. A definite detection of the massive neutral wind in L1551 is reported. The H I observations of HH 7-11 and L1551 support the picture in which the CO outflow is driven by a fast neutral stellar wind that conserves momentum and drives the observed high-velocity molecular outflows. The maximum mass-loss rate and maximum velocity for HH 7-11 are 8.8 x 10 exp -6 solar mass/yr and 170 km/s, respectively; for L1551 they are 6 x 10 exp -6 solar mass/yr and 260 km/s, respectively. A high-velocity H I is found all along the lobe in L1551 with the characteristic triangular profiles indicative of deceleration. A simple model is presented which reproduces the intensity and shape of the observed line profiles.
