The neutral hydrogen distributions in the lenticular SB0 galaxy NGC 1023 and the Scd galaxy IC 239 have been mapped with the Cambridge Half-Mile telescope. The hydrogen in NGC 1023 is observed out to the Holmberg radius and is found to rotate, but the H I distribution is asymmetrical. In the nearby galaxy IC 239, hydrogen is detected to more than twice the Holmberg radius. The H I distribution is warped and exhibits non-circular motions.
