The reduced equations of drift-Alfven waves in low-frequency wave packet propagation under large angle to the magnetic field are obtained. Using the solutions, the main parameters of the vortex are estimated. The characteristic rotational velocity and perturbation of the magnetic field in the vortex are obtained. Energy of vortex tubes per length unit is calculated and it is shown that in both cases the vortex energy is negative. This means that in dissipative media the vortex energy in absolute value is growing.
