The information accumulated during the investigation of the electromagnetic oscillations of the extremely low - frequency (ELF) range and obtained as a result of the recording them over a long period of time at the Experimental Base of the Chair of Physics of the Vladimir State University (VSU) can make a valuable contribution to the investigations of the periodic gravitation radiation from the double relativistic objects whose frequency is just in the same range. The experiment of the continious synchronic recording was carried out by the 4 receiving channelsin in summer of 1998 for 2 mounths. The results of the experiment processing confirms the presence of electromagnetic field of ELF - range in the spectrum corresponding to the frequences of the double pulsing stars radiation. The work was carried out under the support of the Russian Fundamental Investigation Fund (Grand N 98-05-64346).
