The Remote Atmospheric and Ionospheric Detection System (RAIDS) measures the density and temperature of the lower thermosphere from a vantage point on the International Space Station. RAIDS includes eight remote sensing instruments which span extreme ultraviolet to near infrared wavelengths and scan the limb from 90-300 km. We present measurements of N_2 density and scale-height temperature from the near ultraviolet spectrometer utilizing the electron-impact excited 2nd Positive emission feature at 337.1 nm. The retrieved density and temperature will be discussed in the context of complementary measurements using other emission feature and other sensors, such as NII 108.5 nm in the extreme-ultraviolet and the near infrared O2 Atmospheric Band near 760nm.
