We describe a multiwavelength survey based on Spitzer IRAC imaging of a 15' diameter field at the north ecliptic pole. This field has been, and will be, imaged for roughly two hours every three weeks throughout the entire run of the mission as part of the calibration for the IRAC camera. In addition to the data at 3.6 - 8 microns we have obtained data in 11 other bands including Palomar/KPNO/MMT u',g',r',i', J, H, K, HST ACS 814W, Spitzer MIPS 24 & 70 micron, and Chandra ACIS-I. Over the coming year we expect to obtain Palomar optical spectra of hundreds of galaxies as well as the targeting a few interesting objects for IR spectroscopy with Spitzer IRS. This dataset is unique in both its periodicity and depth. The main science drivers include AGN variability in the previously unexplored mid-IR over large timescales (see Surace, this meeting). Secondly, we are well prepared to do galaxy evolution studies over a range of environments. We have a catalog of over 20,000 galaxies with photometric redshifts and stellar masses determined from well-sampled spectral energy distribution fitting. The mid-IR data will also give us a handle on the total IR luminosity, which can be used as a proxy for star formation rate.
