We present the results of radio continuum observations of the Jupiter - Comet Shoemaker-Levy 9 encounter, carried out at 3.6cm, 6cm, 74cm with the two 32m antennas located in Medicina and Noto (Italy) and with the Northern Cross Interferometer (Bologna, Italy). Additional observations at 11.7m are also presented. In agreement with the results obtained by other groups, our data show that Jupiter synchrotron flux increased considerably as a consequence of the impacts, the flux variations increasing with decreasing radio wavelength.
