Isophotal data derived from CCD observations made through the Danish 1.5-m telescope at La Silla during 1982 are presented for 40 elliptical galaxies. The primary tabulated parameters include ellipticity, position angle, the position of the ellipse center, and the fourth-order Fourier coefficients of the normalized radial deviations. The galaxies have beeen observed with B, V, R, I, and Gunn z filters. The data obtained show excellent agreement with other CCD observations.
