Using three newly identified galaxy clusters at redshift one in the IRAC dark field we measure the evolution of galaxies in clusters from high redshift to the present day by studying the growth of the red cluster sequence and mid-IR star formation rates. We create a composite color magnitude diagram in rest-frame B-K using deep HST and Spitzer imaging. We find a deficit of faint galaxies on the red sequence at z=1 which implies that more massive galaxies have evolved in clusters faster than less massive galaxies and the less massive galaxies are still forming stars so that they have not settled onto the red sequence. As another indicator of galaxy evolution in clusters we study the number of cluster galaxies which show signs of star formation to glean information on the epoch and location at which star formation stops in clusters. Preliminary analysis based on Spitzer MIPS 24micron flux indicates an average star formation rate over the whole cluster of 500msun per year.
