This paper shows that for a given irreducible representation $\rho$ of
$\Gamma/\Gamma_1$, the two functions dim($M_k(\Gamma_1,\rho)$) and
dim($S_k(\Gamma_1,\rho)$) of $k$ are almost linear functions.
