H 92-alpha observations of Sgr A West have been carried out with greater resolution and sensitivity than previous ones. Kinematic features of the western arc, the northern arm, and the extended bar are identified. The western arc is modeled as half of a ring in circular rotation about a point near Sgr A* with an inner radius of 25 arcsec. The H 92-alpha line emission is compared to the Br-gamma emission in the H II region, and the comparison suggests that the western arc is related to the circumnuclear disk. The properties of the ionized gas near Sgr A* are determined. Stimulated emission from Sgr A* is interpreted as occurring in a cloud of ionized gas near the interior edge of the CND.
