In this review, I list the spectroscopical instruments throughout the world, in operation or planned, that can be used for cosmological applications. This list is intended for theorists and observers, as well as instrument designers interested in what is done or planned, so as to avoid duplication of funds and labor. The list is restricted to instruments on telescopes with diameters above 2m to remain in the field of cosmology.
