We report on 6 epochs of multi-frequency (2.3, 8.4, and 22 GHz) VLBA observations of 3C 66A. We identify the VLBI core according to its spectral characteristics, and use the synchrotron self-absorption model to fit its inverse spectrum. We further identify the jet components with those of the existing VLBA observations to estimate their proper motions. We also find the position offset of one jet component in 3C 66A at 2.3 and 8.4 GHz.
