A multi-access automatic circle scanning system for Chinese and Danish
horizontal meridian circle has been developed in Shaanxi Astronomical
Observatory. The system consists of a computer and related interface
circuit and high quality drivers for fine step motors. The principles of
all hardware and software are described.
