We study deformation quantization on an infinite-dimensional Hilbert
space W endowed with a Poisson structure. We make explicit the example
of Moyal star-product and we show that it is well defined on a
subalgebra of C∞ (W) specified by conditions of
Hilbert-Schmidt type.
