We present results of several individual studies of nearby galaxies, which include Brackett Gamma data. Contrasting these with previous studies that did not include Brackett Gamma, we highlight the new information we have gained from these data. Specifically, extinction maps look slightly different, making for different extinction corrections, resulting in different metallicity maps, different locations for supernova remnants, etc.
