The report gives the 6 degrees-of-freedom equations of motion of a non-elastic mass-varying body, moving in a planetary atmosphere. Thrust forces are included in the equations. The choice of the state variables is discussed: position and velocity are expressed by both cartesian and spherical components, and the attitude of the body is given by both aerodynamic angles (angle of attack, angle of sideslip and bank angle), quaternions and classical attitude angles (roll, pitch and yaw angle). Also transformation between the different variables are presented. Finally, the influence of wind is discussed. The final model can be used for the study of uncontrolled flight in a planetary atmosphere with (variable) wind.
