The motion of an incompressible plasma in a strong uniform magnetic field is analyzed for large values of the Hall parameter. It is shown that if the induced magnetic field and the electric field component normal to the magnetic field are neglected, the equations of plasma motion, in magnetohydrodynamic approximation, are equivalent to the system of equations describing the flow of a fluid in a rotating system of coordinates. This analogy makes it possible to apply MHD models to the analysis of hydrodynamic processes in rapidly rotating systems.
