The present study considers B and V high-resolution isophote maps and morphological functions of the M 81 Galaxy bulge in the frame of 4 x 7 arcmin and in the surface brightness range of 17-21 m/sq arcsec made by the plates of 6-, 2-, and 1-m telescopes. The changes of brightness, color, position angle, and axial ratio as a function of the equivalent radius indicate the presence of a minibar-like formation and an inner-ring-type structure. Their dimensions are about 0.64 and 1.54 kps, respectively.
