We have obtained imaging and/or photometry for 53 of 61 galaxies located in voids in the first CfA redshift survey slice. The voids were those identified by (Slezak, de Lapparent, & Bijaoui 1993, ApJ, 409, 517) in their wavelet analysis of the distribution of galaxies in the slice. Observations were obtained with the Lowell Observatory 42-inch telescope and the National Undergraduate Research Observatory 31-inch telescope. Forty-five of the galaxies represent a complete sample, in that all the galaxies in the voids in which they are found were observed. B,V,I photometry was obtained for 23 galaxies. Photometric results for the galaxies will be presented. We will also present the results of morphological classification of the galaxies according to the Perturbation Class described by Whittle (1992, ApJSS, 79, 49), which is based on the interaction classes for isolated and paired galaxies described by Dahari (1985, ApJSS, 57, 643). Preliminary results indicate at least 10% of the galaxies in the complete imaging sample are significantly disturbed, e.g. visible tidal tails, with possible companion galaxies in the field. Additional galaxies appear to be asymmetric or otherwise mildly disturbed. This research was performed in part at the Lowell Observatory 31-inch telescope which, under an agreement with Northern Arizona University and the NURO Consortium, is operated 60% of the time as the National Undergraduate Research Observatory. We also acknowledge observing time on the Lowell Observatory 42-inch telescope and the support of NASA, through the Nevada Space Grant Consortium.
