Although it is stated that the Moon is the airless body, it is surrounded by a tenuous shell - exosphere - resulted from the interaction between lunar regolith and interplanetary media, i.e. solar wind plasma, solar radiation, meteoroids etc. The investigations of potassium and sodium exospheres of the Moon showed the existence of at least two different components in Na and K distributions (thermal and non-thermal). The mechanisms of origin and dynamics of these components should be different. The present paper is pointed on the mechanisms which lead to refilling the exosphere with Na and Ca ions and further dynamics of ions in the near-lunar environment.
