This paper is enclosed within the problem of the relationship among the CTS and different kinematical and dynamical CIS. In this sense, the observation of an artificial satellite from the Earth and the observation from both of them of outer objects (inertial and noninertial) allows, together with the computations given by the theorical models, a comparison that may be useful to monitor and to make a possible correction of them. As a first part of the future work, in this paper it is considered the propagation of the signals along time from the discrepancies at a given time. The aim is to follow the temporal relative evolution among the different Reference Frames.
