Based on the monitoring data of the internal operating parameters of the six HP5071A cesium clocks at NTSC, which were imported in 1997, the variations of the internal operating parameters of the three cesium clocks (Cs08, Cs11 and Cs16) in the period from starting operating to the ending of the service life of the cesium beam tube are analysed and the changes of the clock performance, which took place around the ending of the service life of the cesium beam tube, are discussed. To monitor the internal operating parameters of the clocks is helpfull for better maintaining and using the clocks.
