The molecular content of outer galaxy disks is currently unknown. We have probed two relatively nearby edge-on disk galaxies, NGC 4565 and NGC 5907 with Spitzer/IRS high-resolution spectroscopic observations of the molecular hydrogen 17 and 28 micron emission. Here we present the spectra and preliminary results about the physical conditions of molecular gas from the central regions to the outer edges of the disks.
