We give systematic compilation of the novel data on molecular constants the compounds of the H, He, C, N, and O, which are proved or believed to exist in the atmospheres and envelopes of cool stars and substellar objects. The most reliable currently available reaction enthalpies are given for the reaction of the formation of these compounds from atoms and electrons in the gas phase.
