Cosmic-ray modulation calculations were carried out for 1958-1979 in the framework of the spherically symmetric nonstationary problem of cosmic-ray propagation in interplantary space. It is shown that, on the whole, the time variations of the cosmic-ray intensity are described well by a nonstationary model containing actual values of the heliolatitudinal index of solar activity.
