WSO-UV is a international astronomical mission, currently under development by an international team lead by Russia. The Science Operations Center (SOC) is based in a flexible open architecture built from a set of modular blocks. The main driver is to provide the Science Systems with a robust baseline, fully functional at launch date, but also with enough flexibility to cope any major upgrade during the foreseen long life of the observatory. Among others, key issues are the design of the Mission Planning and Flight Dynamics Systems.
