The simulation conversion assembly was upgraded to provide the
additional capabilities of simulating Voyager and Pioneer-Venus 1978
telemetry data streams for verifying the integrity of the deep space
stations while continuing to fulfill the DSN test and training support
requirements. The requirements and the implementations are summarized.
