In this paper we present numerical results for "classical" models of white dwarfs that are in rapid rotation, either uniform or differential. The computations have been carried out by a generalized second-order perturbation theory developed earlier by the same authors. Our results for uniform rotation are very different from results obtained previously by other authors. On the other hand, our results for differential rotation are in agreement with results derived previously by some other elaborate techniques.
