A method is proposed for the construction of new, exact solutions of general relativity equations, and the modeling by means of the solutions of rotating neutron stars. The method is based on the theorem obtained by Pisarenko (1977), according to which Einstein's field equations, together with the baryon number conservation law, have in some connecting region a partial family of exact solutions with arbitrary functions that have real values for a metric with a rotation of general form. Four solutions for modeling rotating neutron stars are constructed.
